Job Description &   Responsibilities

1. Support seniors and managers on project-managing M&A transactions;
2. Assist in preparing pitch documents such as proposals, teasers and information memorandum;
3. Conduct market research;
4. Compile financial models and provide valuation analysis;
5. Work in conjunction with various professional advisors, including lawyers, to facilitate the preparation of Letters of Intent, terms sheets and Sale and Purchase Agreements etc;
6. Perform financial analysis and review on client companies;Participate in meetings among clients, counterparts and various professionals and provide support to the client in the negotiations

 

Requirements

1. Bachelor or Master degree with a strong and well-rounded academic record
2. 1-5 years relevant experience in M&A is a plus
3. Strong interest in corporate finance
4. Excellent problem solving and written and verbal presentation skills
5. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
6. Able to work independently and multi-task
7. Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
