Our Advisory practice, further divided into Consulting and Deals, has grown in size, scope and scale. Today, our clients engage us to help solve their strategic and day-to-day problems. About Deals
We work together with clients to create greater value in their mergers, acquisitions, disposals and restructuring by helping them to:

- Develop the right strategy before the deal
- Execute their deals seamlessly
- Identify issues and points of negotiation and value
- Implement change strategies to deliver synergies and improvements after the deal

We also help clients assess the options available in troubled financial situations and advise on restructuring and maximising value.


Job Description &   Responsibilities

• Independently project-manage M&A transactions, with the support of junior members;
• Prepare pitch documents such as proposals, teasers and information memorandum;
• Facilitate and supervise the conduct of market research;
• Compile financial models and provide valuation analysis;
• Work in conjunction with various professional advisors, including lawyers, to facilitate the preparation of Letters of Intent, terms sheets and Sale and Purchase Agreements etc;
• Perform high-level financial analysis and review on client companies;
• Participate in meetings among clients, counterparts and various professionals and provide support to the client in the negotiations;
• Provide support in business origination

• Minimum 15 years relevant experience in infrastructure or significant expenditure related financial and business advisory service in China  and overseas ;
• Substantial experience in leading a team to develop and execute a business plan for a defined market segment and/or product offering;
• Holding qualifications is a plus (CFA, CICPA and ACCA and etc.);
• Established commercial network domestically or internationally is a great plus
• In-depth knowledge of China’s and international environment and best practice in the areas of project financing, merger and acquisitions, and investment structuring
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and presentation  skills;
• Taking ownership of projects and excellent project management skills
• Self motivated and able to work under pressure and multi tasks
• Willing to travel
