We Offer

  • The successful candidate will join the Cross Asset Class e-Connectivity Services within International Trading Solutions (ITS in the International Wealth Management Division) which plays a crucial role in the technical on-boarding and support of internal and external clients for our e-Connectivity offerings (e.g. my Solutions)
  • Our e-Tools offer our internal and external users a broad range of products (Derivatives and Flow in Equities, Foreign Exchange, Precious Metals, Money Market, Structured Notes)
  • Work in the dymanic environment of Trading & Sales and be close to the pulse of the markets with many interfaces (PB RMs, UHNWI, HNWI, Corporate clients, Trading & Sales, IT, etc.)
  • Work in a small team which appreciates a trustful, open communication and direct feedback culture
  • Ensure efficient and goal-oriented Cross Asset Class e-Connectivity Client Support for internal and external clients
  • Guarantee optimal communication with the various stakeholders
  • Prepare reports and statistics of a high quality level
  • Demonstrate a highly flexible and pragmatic approach for day-to-day problem solving and stressful situations which require an efficient pro-active approach

You Offer
  • Swiss banking apprenticeship, University degree or comparable education
  • At least two to three years of relevant work experience
  • Sound product knowledge of Derivatives product universe (Equity, FX, Commodity), of Structured Notes business and of flow products in Foreign Exchange, Precious Metals, Equities and Fixed Income
  • Experience in working with CS Tools / MS Office products as well as knowledge of business processes are required
  • Reliable, efficient and precise working approach even under time pressure
  • Readiness to work in shifts
  • Ability to cope with dynamic, fast changing requests in a challenging environment
  • Readiness to embark on a steep learning curve
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented service mentality
  • Interest in technical innovations
