As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Job Summary:



This is a hands-on strategic and operational role responsible for developing and executing the Asia-Pacific Wealth and Asset Management (WAM) Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) plan.  Working alongside the APAC WAM Leader this position drives a regional program of strategic marketing initiatives that drive our service objectives.



 



Responsibilities:



 



Strategy, Consulting and Leadership:





  • Develop and drive the regional brand, marketing and communications strategy and budget for APAC Wealth and Asset Management

  • Collaborate with global and regional sector WAM and GTM colleagues to drive a globally and regionally connected strategy for APAC WAM

  • Provide marketing counsel to the APAC WAM Leader and WAM leadership teams

  • Work closely with the Communications and Engagement and Public Relations teams to effectively drive integrated programs to the market

  • Represent WAM in Asia-Pacific and Global working groups

  • Work closely with peers and colleagues across the Brand, Communications and  Marketing teams to deliver outcomes

  • Provide strong leadership and work closely with the Go-to-Market (GTM) BMC Leader to drive performance goals of providing stakeholder value, quality and operational efficiency



 



Delivery:





  • Evaluate, champion and provide WAM programs, initiatives and profile-raising opportunities for WAM market and accounts, including global client programs, thought leadership, buyer group programs and events

  • Work closely with the APAC WAM Leader to identify and agree GTM priorities and align programs with the business’ performance agenda and revenue goals and achieve the desired results

  • Drive innovation within WAM driving digital and social media through all WAM BMC programs

  • Integrate program measurement into all WAM BMC programs to measure ROI and generate analytics to share with leadership and key stakeholders

  • Working with the WAM partners, develop thought leadership and opinion pieces to address local market issues and opportunities as they arise and drive through external channels including social media

  • Work closely with WAM Leaders and their teams to ensure marketing programs are appropriately aligned to our market leadership and growth agenda

  • Work with our communications and media relations teams to appropriately promote and drive media coverage of marketing programs internally and externally

  • Align sponsorship, hospitality and brand programs with Asia-Pacific and

  • Financial Services Organization strategy and ensure sponsorships are appropriately leveraged

  • Facilitate relationships with external organizations and associations to support key objectives for WAM

  • Work together with Client Service Partners, business development and selected account teams to ensure marketing programs are leveraged effectively across our key focus accounts

  • Drive digital across channel deployment and build-out of social media plans



 



To qualify for the role you must have:



  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related discipline

  • 7+ years’ experience in a professional services or B2B environment

  • Extensive experience in Asia-Pacific

  • Knowledge of Mandarin or South East Asian languages an advantage

  • Excellent strategic planning and marketing communication skills

  • Proven managerial and stakeholder management experience

  • Ability to lead and work successfully as part of a teams

  • Experience in business planning, reporting and budget management

  • Experience in digital assets and driving social media plans

  • Excellent written and spoken English
