Your role
Are you a people person? Do you know how to spread your enthusiasm about the markets to others? We are looking for someone who can:
– grow our successful Client Financing and Delta 1 business in the region and further strengthen the cross border coverage for our global clients
– provide unparalleled global insight to help clients with their investment decision process
– originate, develop and maintain client relationships by understanding their specific needs, which may include goals and objectives, risk tolerance and expectations
– stay on top of market developments, regulatory changes and new product offerings
– integrate understanding of markets, events and research views into actionable recommendations for clients to help generate alpha
– collaborate with clients, product group experts, research analysts, traders and other salespeople

Your team
You'll be working in the Equity Finance Sales team in Hong Kong, and reporting to the Head of Equity Finance Sales, Asia Pacific. We are client-focused and we offer customized solutions across single stock, index and futures, by leveraging on the strength of UBS fundamental research and best in class execution services.

Your experience and skills
You have:
– extensive experience in sales, dealing with a complete array of equities products in the APAC region
– complete understanding of the APAC equity markets
– an understanding of clients' needs, and able to create and execute business plans to enhance our value proposition
– experience servicing clients within a compliance and regulatory framework
– a track record of being able to implement and deliver

You are:
– sales motivated, personable and able to develop and maintain relationships
– composed, an excellent communicator with strong selling and presentation skills
– able to originate new business relationships across a diverse client base
– always professional (but have the human touch)
