A senior analytics role to deal with very senior banking stakeholders !

Our client is a leading bank. They have offices across the world.

Your new role

You will focus on analytics for human resources. You will liaise with various stakeholders to establish execution plans on analytics. You will innovate on people measurement, monitoring and analytic methods to address critical analytic needs. You will also deliver relevant quality analytical insights with challenged timeline. You will act as an advocate of analytics-based decision making in the region, if not the group. Collaborating with regional and global HR analytics team, you will produce meaningful interpretation. Finally, you will present the outcomes to a high seniority level audience.

What you'll need to succeed

Holding a degree in statistics, you have at least 8 years of experience including 6 years dealing with analytics. You are able to handle with large sets of data within a complex international structure. You have strong analytical and numerical skills. Technology wise, you have advanced Excel formula & dashboard experience, good statistical tools knowledge (SAS, SPSS, R) and experience with a data visualization tool. Above all, you have outstanding communication skills and you are used to deal with senior stakeholders.
