ML Capital is looking to hire an Associate who will work closely with the CEO with a specific focus on strategic initiatives, sales support, PR and digital communication and administration.

We are looking for a self-motivated person who will embrace an opportunity in a fast-growing business that can result in speedy development and exposure to all aspects of the business. You will have the opportunity to interact with senior management and cultivate relationships with a view to being an integral part of a successful and dynamic growing business.


Key responsibilities:

  • Work on strategic initiatives and projects with CEO
  • Be point of contact for our PR and digital marketing providers
  • Help build the ML brand by managing the strategic plan defined by the Board
  • Manage calendar, salesforce and pipeline for CEO
  • Assist with sales effort by organising recurring meetings with key network, building new business proposals and responding to detailed RFI’s
  • Administration duties including booking travel and expense management for London senior management team
  • Liaise with key clients to arrange updates and ongoing relationship managementStay informed about financial markets in order to spot trends, look for new opportunities 

Skills required:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ professional experience although exceptional graduates will also be considered
  • 1st or 2.1 University degree having preferably specialised in business, economics or finance from a redbrick university
  • Sound knowledge of financial markets, ideally with a hedge fund or a traditional fund management firm
  • Solid computer skills – Salesforce, or similar CRM system, Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organisational skills – an ability to prioritise multiple tasks concurrently
  • Able to follow precise instructions and methods - excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
