Advanced Markets, a leading FX Liquidity Aggregator and “Prime of Prime”, seeks enthusiastic, proactive and results-driven individuals with a successful track record of generating business in the institutional FX space. Ideally the target candidates will be those who can seamlessly integrate with an existing team and who can “hit the ground running”.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, open and manage new institutional accounts, to include Hedge Funds, CTA’s, banks and small or medium-sized Asset Management companies
  • Utilize the Firm’s technology and competitive liquidity/pricing to increase production on the existing account base as well as to consistently open new relationships
  • Create and execute a sales plan
  • Add value by generating additional revenue
  • Highlight potential International/Financial business opportunities for the Firm
  • Provide input into the day-to-day operations of the sales team and help implement reforms to the sales cycle and accompanying processes where warranted
  • Create customized solutions for client needs, both internally and externally, by utilizing the Firm’s technology/ platforms and core product suite

Requirements, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in a sales-driven environment (FX Trading background a plus)
  • A deep understanding of Institutional FX Markets and, in particular, bank and brokerage relationships
  • Possess a commonsense approach to negotiation
  • Ability to acclimate quickly and become knowledgeable on the firm’s core product offering
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service
  • An active team player with strong interpersonal attributes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A working knowledge of the competitive landscape and key market participants
