  • Own the overall P&L for the related portfolio products
  • Develop an effective marketing programs, campaign and materials with a timely tracking and key learning analysis
  • Work with different stakeholders to have a clear understanding on customer segments for Marketing and seek for new online / offline Marketing opportunities
  • Track and monitor market competition to develop effective marketing program
  • Partner with sales channels for driving sales volumes and identifying new opportunities for growth
  • Partner with decision management to instill analytic disciplines to enable effective portfolio management, performance tracking, monitoring and identifying new business/customer segment opportunities
  • Partner with risk and credit to define customer segments, programs/offers and fine tune the policies on an ongoing basis based on customer behavior and accumulated data
  • Lead, motivate, develop and groom a strong team of professionals


  • High Integrity
  • University graduate with at least 5-8 years of working experience in the financial/ banking industry, and Credit Card related experience of minimum 3-5 years, with solid performance track record
  • Proficient in reading, writing and speaking mandarin is a must
  • Ability to handle pressure, can manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks well
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Financial or product P&L management experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority, a good team player and have the ability to work collaboratively across matrix organization
