ERS - Solution and Knowledge Specialist

The overall goal of the Specialist is to support and develop partner activity and grow the knowledge of both Partner and Implementation Services (IS) team in terms of product and domain. The Specialist will operate on a specific region or a set of countries and report to the Regional Partner Services and Knowledge Management Specialist Head.

In the daily operations, the Specialist will be involved in the following activities:

Knowledge and training

  • Develop knowledge content / materials
  • Acquire new knowledge in new fields where MA is developing solutions
  • Deliver trainings and training content to partners and IS and exchange suitable training content with IS and potentially other departments.
  • Review knowledge content to be published on the Portal
  • Design content for the certification program ( exercise books, exams, materials )
  • Structure packaging of coaching and support services, in coordination with Partner Alliance
  • Write FAQs on product functionality or solutions required for specific markets ("localization")

Bridge between product team and IS team or partner team
  • Participate in product UATs
  • Specify new required features to resolve gaps between product and customer requirements
  • Keep partners informed of product roadmaps
  • Participate in user groups and speak on expert level about some particular topics

Partner Business development
  • Write / review work orders
  • Support partner business development, when relevant explaining to customers how MA is supporting partner delivered projects, so that the partner can win the bids
  • Suggest possible product alliances and investigate product integrations
  • Estimate project efforts, costs, be involved in the discussion with the partner team to define scope and role

Services
  • Deliver services in new fields where MA products are being newly built or coach consultants in delivering these services
  • Coach partner delivery by providing guidance at the beginning and throughout the project, directing the partner to available resources and best practices from the Partner Portal
  • Review the key steps along the partner's implementation and provide quality feedback / recommendations. Ensure that mandatory keys steps have been taken up to sufficient quality standards
  • Resolve product issues by finding acceptable workarounds while feeding back gaps and issues to Product Management
  • Help the partner support team to resolve particular issues that could not be resolved at L3 partner support team level
  • Contribute in assessing project quality, partner performance and customer satisfaction at the end of the project
  • Be the main contact point for partner projects for IS. Manage services of the IS team, whenever the IS team needs to be engaged for support on a partner project (coordination, planning, time sheets)

Partner Operations
  • Obtain required PODs from partner projects
  • Forecast revenue from partner activity
  • Project governance

Partner Resource Management
  • Assess quality of partner resources
  • Anticipate resource gaps for discussion with partners
  • Identify gaps and organize trainings


ERS Partner Services and Knowledge Management

  • Master's degree or equivalent through experience
  • Several years of functional and technical consulting experience in financial/risk/regulatory software implementation projects, at least as an SME and preferably as a project manager
  • Knowledge of Basel II/III, IFRS9, ALM, stress testing
  • Knowledge of any local regulations for banks is a strong asset
  • Knowledge of any language in addition to English is a strong asset
