SG CIB is the Corporate and Investment Banking arm of the Société Générale Group. Present in over 50 countries across Europe, the Americas and Asia. SG CIB provides corporate, financial institutions, investors and public sector clients with value-added integrated financial solutions.

Working with the FX Structured & Flow sales team, the job holder is to provide support on administrative tasks, derivative pricings, pre and post trade administrations, valuations and other ad hoc tasks as
necessary.

The coverage is on regional and private banks in Hong Kong and Singapore currently, with possibility to extend into other Asia countries.

Mission
Main Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales team on a day to day basis providing information for their use
  • Assist with client services and marketing activities
  • Prepare daily indicative prices for structured products
  • Provide live pricing for structured products and deal directly with clients and traders
  • Book and reconcile trade with clients, traders, middle and back offices
  • Provide product life cycle support to clients
  • Deal with Secondary Market orders (subscription / redemption)
  • Liaise internally with different parties (Legal, Operations, Client Support, Valuation, Trading)
  • Prepare & Review Term Sheets, Info Sheets, Supplementary Distribution Agreements, Pre-Confirmations,etc
  • Maintaining relationship with smaller client accounts


Profile

Requirement (Qualification / Years of Experience / Skill / Knowledge)

  • A Bachelor Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Financial Engineering or Maths in a reputable university
  • Graduate with first class or second class honor
  • Excellent communication and analytical skill. Great with numbers
  • Able to work under pressure and quick on the feet
  • A team player that is self-motivated, meticulous and able to work independently
  • Good IT programming skills is preferred
  • Experience in investment banking and securities dealing, especially Fixed Income & Foreign Exchange, is preferred
  • Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in Cantonese / Mandarin is preferred
  • Front office working experience would be a plus
