Seeking an administration professional for a company based in Edwardstown.
Your new company
This company is one of the leading manufacturers of dental transmission instruments and devices in the world and is seeking an experienced Administration Officer / Customer Support Officer to join their team. Your new role
Your new role as an Administrator Officer / Customer Support Officer is an integral position to ensure smooth functionality and promote continuous growth for the company. To be successful in obtaining this role you must have an administrative background and be able to work independently. You will be responsible for and includes duties not limited to:
  • Internal and External Liaison
  • Responding to phone and email enquiries
  • Customer and Sales Team Support
  • Quoting of jobs
  • Reporting
  • Accounts functions
  • Data entry
  • Administration
What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in an Administration/Data entry role
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • A want to learn payroll functions or expand on your current skillset in this area.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via email and phone
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and friendly persona
