Your new role
Your new role is responsible for providing high level and confidential admin support to company advisers as well as customer service to clients. Reporting to your team's partner, the role largely involves cultivating sound relationships with directors and staff and developing quick responses to client needs.

Key duties will include

Preparation and follow-up of correspondence
Liaising with ATO on behalf of advisers and clients
Liaising with ASIC, including attending to annual company statements, preparation and lodgement of forms
Preparation of billing, proposals and engagement agreements
Project work, including researching and collating data

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate, you will be polished and professional, with strong administration experience in a corporate environment. Furthermore, you will be self-motivated and flexible to suit the needs of the business.
