Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Support the Finance Business Partner with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, including preparing reports and analysing financial performance
- Maintain and improve financial models and reporting packs, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of insights to stakeholders
- Assist with month-end processes, including reconciliations, data validation, and addressing discrepancies
- Provide ad hoc analysis and operational support, including data extraction, reporting, and assisting with process improvements
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience in a commercial finance or financial analyst role, with strong exposure to business performance and operational reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into meaningful outcomes
- High level of attention to detail, with solid Excel and financial modelling capability
- Ability to partner with stakeholders and communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences
- Holds CPA/ CA qualification or working towards
