Hays has partnered with an industry-leading fund and property investment firm who is now seeking a Fund Accountant to join their rapidly growing team.
Your new role
The position of Fund Accountant is responsible for monitoring of financial and management reports, tax compliance and other requirements as required for the property trusts.
Some of your core duties would include:
- Preparation and maintenance of financial records
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Financial and bank covenant reporting/review
- Review annual financial reports and tax returns
- Review BAS
- Annual Review
- Ensure compliance
- Accounting Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role, audit, or public practice
