One of Australia's leading banking and insurance institution is looking for a Project Manager to join them!

Experience Required:

Managing multi-functional teams, including DevOps teams or suppliers
Managing a multi-vendor environment
Coordinating/involvement in procurement processes
Business stakeholder management and building successful stakeholder relationships
Building a mutually beneficial vendor relationship to ensure project delivery success
Familiarity with the compliance structures required in delivering technical projects in the Banking industry is of benefit

Skills:

Excellent communications & Stakeholder management skills are a must, as well as a flexible and 'can do' attitude.
MS Project, Jira, Confluence,
Presentation skills at all organisational levels, including converting detailed projects plans into Executive Summary level presentations.
Negotiation skills
Risk Management & Controls
Scope Change Management and Controls
Problem solving
Good Time Management
Team building and motivation
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and working with a wide variety of personalities.
Flexibility to 'buddy up' with other infrastructure PMs in the program, to assist with short term cover for planned/unplanned absence (conditional on having available capacity to do so)
Individuals with a genuine passion for innovation and technology will thrive on this project!
