Seeking an outgoing full-time Administration Officer based in Canberra.
Your new company
The Administration Officer is responsible for providing general administrative support to staff as required on a full-time basis for an immediate start.

Your new role
In this role you will be required to provide high-level admin support to the organisation.

Your main duties will include:
  • Maintaining office inventory and records
  • Managing/purchasing orders
  • Paper management
  • Email and phone correspondence
  • Administrative assistance to relevant department personnel as requested (e.g., photocopying, binding, document collation, filing)
  • Ensure that the office is maintained to a high and presentable standard
  • Opening and distributing mail
  • Managing complaints, including review, recording, resolving and escalating as required.
  • Working in a team environment and supporting other team members if required.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful applicant, you will have had a minimum of 3-5 years of administration experience and/or in a similar field, high attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Additional skills will include but not limited to:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • SAP experience, invoices, purchase orders, credit card reconciliation
  • Travel, Diary, Expense management
  • Critical thinking skills and with proven experience in general office support.
  • Budget management
  • Finance/project costing
  • Accounts payable/receivable experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
