An experienced collections officer is needed for a growing and well established organisation.
Your new company Our client is a leading organisation in their industry, with a strong presence and offices across Australia and New Zealand. Due to rapid growth since their operation starting in 2003, they are seeking an experienced Collections Officer based from their Australian hub located on central Gold Coast. They are known for servicing both private and business clientele.
Your new role As the Collections Officer, you will be responsible for the full function of Collections, managing client accounts and maintaining the data integrity on the system. Your duties will include, but are not limited too;
- Handling the client portfolios
- Collection of overdue accounts
- Answering phone and email queries
- Assisting other departments in implement systems
- Customer service
- Strive to meet KPIs
- Meet all compliance regulations
What you'll need to succeed To be successful for this position, you will have proven experience in a similar role, ideally working towards monthly targets in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent time management skills, be organised, motivated and be able to be a part of a fantastic team or work autonomously. Outstanding communication skills are imperative, as well as a positive energy, internal drive, and a readiness to learn and grow.
