Your new company
This established operation has continued to grow due to the success of their product base and as such, they are looking for an additional team member for the finance team. As either an Assistant Accountant or Accountant, you will take ownership of your own work, as well as receiving excellent training and development from management.
This role is ideally suited to someone living in the outer Eastern suburbs, who wants to be part of a medium sized team, do a good job and add to the overall effectiveness of the company.
Your new role
Day to day accounting tasks
GL, P&L, journals, reconciliations
Assisting with monthly reporting and EOM processes
Assisting with forecasts and budgets
Fixed assets
Assisting with the preparation of BAS, FBT and tax
What you'll need to succeed
Good technical ability
Understanding and knowledge of key accounting concepts
Ability to engage with stakeholders
Ability to work independent and follow instructions.
Use of different IT systems
