Your new role
As Branch Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day leadership and performance of the branch, with a strong focus on people development, customer experience and branch performance. You'll also play an active role outside the branch, representing the organisation within the local community, attending events and building relationships with local businesses to drive customer acquisition and grow the member base.

• Lead, motivate and develop a customer-facing team
• Drive branch performance, customer service and member growth
• Coach the team to have effective needs-based conversations and identify opportunities to support customers
• Hold regular one-on-one coaching sessions to build an engaged, supportive and accountable team culture
• Identify development opportunities and uplift capability across the team
• Manage day-to-day branch operations, resourcing and service standards
• Participate in community engagement, customer acquisition and local area marketing activities
• Maintain appropriate operational, risk and compliance standards

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a confident people leader with experience coaching and developing teams, working towards KPIs and driving strong customer outcomes.

• Strong communication skills, fluent in both English and Mandarin
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team
• Experience working in a needs-based or consultative customer environment
• A proven ability to work towards KPIs and performance targets
• A customer-first approach with strong relationship building skills
• Previous experience in financial services, banking, insurance or another regulated customer environment will be highly regarded, but is not essential

• Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:00pm
• 1-2 Saturday shifts per month, 10:00am to 2:00pm, paid at overtime rates
