Your new role
Your new company require a qualified Senior Accountant to help oversee day to day activities of the finance transactions and reporting team. Key duties include:
- Bank Reconciliations
- Daily Cash Flow and general ledger maintenance
- Shipment reconciliations - job costing knowledge is a plus
- FEC Schedule maintenance
- Statutory Reporting and compliance requirements
- Assist CFO with Groups tax lodgement
- Treasury activities
- Month end reporting
- Participation in preparation of Board Reports
Further requirements include:
- 4 years' experience in an accounting role
- Full working rights in Australia
- Fully CA/ CPA qualified
- Knowledge of warehousing industry is a plus
- Experience in chemicals distribution is desired
- Excellent computer skills- excel and a strong understanding of accounting principles
