Hays Technology is partnering with a well-established, boutique Managed Services Provider that delivers exceptional IT support and infrastructure services to a diverse client base across Western Australia.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple environments, solving technical challenges, and providing outstanding customer service.
Your new role
- Providing Level 2/3 technical support across a variety of client environments
- Supporting Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory and networking technologies
- Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, servers, printers and business applications
- Managing incidents, service requests and escalations
- Assisting with infrastructure upgrades, migrations and project work
- Building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous MSP (Managed Services Provider) experience is mandatory
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft technologies and end-user environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server and Active Directory
- Solid networking knowledge (switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
