The Role
An opportunity has become available for a professional and organised Receptionist to join a busy and supportive office environment. This role will be the first point of contact for general enquiries and will play an important part in keeping daily administrative operations running smoothly.

This role is temporary to start but could become a permanent opportunity for the right candidate. Start date is ideally Wed 22nd July.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls
  • Managing two general enquiries inboxes
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail distribution
  • Managing office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
  • Maintaining digital and physical filing systems
  • Data entry and database maintenance
  • Following up with staff regarding outstanding mandatory checks via email and phone

Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will be an empathetic, confident and proactive administrator with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable managing competing priorities, and take pride in providing exceptional front-line support.

You will ideally bring:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency using email, databases, and general office systems
  • A professional and friendly manner
  • A reliable, team-oriented approach and willingness to follow up on important tasks
  • Ability to own and operate the front-desk with confidence, empathy and ease
