Your new role
Working as an Underwriting Assistant you will be;

Reviewing policy documents to ensure compliance and correct procedures are being met
Handling complex Brokers queries across a range of issues to ensure acceptable outcomes
Working alongside Underwriters to review policy renewals and new business submissions
Building good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to a high and professional standard
Adhering to high Quality Assurance standards and making sure these are maintained

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have;

Experience within Insurance claims admin or claims management
Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
A strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
