Your new role
As a CPS 230 Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of a critical operational resilience program with a strong focus on Business Continuity Management. Working across Risk, Compliance, Technology, Operations and key service providers, you will drive the implementation of CPS 230 requirements, ensuring business continuity frameworks, operational resilience capabilities and third-party risk controls meet regulatory expectations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience delivering CPS 230, operational resilience or regulatory change programs within Financial Services or Superannuation
- Strong Business Continuity Management experience, including BCP reviews, business impact assessments and testing exercises
- Demonstrated project management experience delivering complex enterprise-wide initiatives
- Strong understanding of APRA regulations, operational risk frameworks and compliance obligations
- Experience working across Risk, Compliance, Technology and Operations functions
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior executives
- Strong governance, reporting and risk management capabilities
- Hybrid working arrangement based in Sydney
