We are partnering with public sector organisation undergoing a significant enterprise-wide TechnologyOne implementation. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional to play a pivotal role in supporting business leaders, project teams and stakeholders through a major organisational change initiative.
Your new role
Working closely with People & Culture and Technology leaders, you'll provide strategic HR advice, drive workforce readiness, support change management initiatives and help ensure the successful delivery of a large-scale transformation project. This role will focus on aligning people strategies with project objectives while supporting leaders through change, workforce planning and organisational redesign activities.
- Partner with project and business leaders to provide strategic HR support and guidance.
- Support workforce planning, organisational design and change management activities.
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, workforce strategy and people-related project impacts.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
- Coach leaders through organisational change and transformation initiatives.
- Analyse workforce and HR data to inform decision-making and identify future workforce requirements.
- Support the successful implementation of new processes, systems and ways of working.
- Contribute to recruitment, talent development and employee engagement initiatives where required.
- Proven HR Business Partner experience within complex organisations.
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale transformation, ERP or change programs.
- Strong workforce planning and organisational design capability.
- Experience undertaking change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices, employment legislation and workplace relations.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced project environment.
- 12-month contract opportunity.
- Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.

- Salary package up to $130K + Super.
