Your team

As our HSW Program and Communications Lead, you'll own the end-to-end design and delivery of communication and engagement across our Health, Safety and Wellbeing programs-shaping how our people experience initiatives at scale.

From flagship moments like Safety Week and Wellbeing Week through to year-round campaigns, you'll drive awareness, engagement and meaningful behaviour change across the group.

What you'll do

• Lead integrated HSW communications and engagement plans aligned to business priorities
• Deliver enterprise campaigns that drive awareness and behaviour change
• Create high-quality, multi-channel communications (intranet, email, video, leadership messaging)
• Translate complex safety and risk concepts into clear, engaging content
• Partner with stakeholders to shape messaging and campaign strategy
• Support key HSW initiatives and rollouts across the business
• Provide communications support for sensitive or time-critical scenarios (e.g. crisis)
• Measure campaign effectiveness and continuously improve impact

What you'll bring

• Background in communications, marketing or campaigns
• Strong writing and storytelling capability
• Experience delivering campaigns or events end-to-end
• Ability to influence stakeholders and simplify complex topics
• Interest in people, wellbeing or culture-focused work
