We're looking for an experienced Manager, Learning & Organisational Development to lead Dentons' learning, leadership and organisational development agenda across Australia.

Reporting to the HR Director, you'll work closely with Partners, Senior Leaders and HR Business Partners to anticipate future capability needs and deliver initiatives that strengthen leadership, performance and the employee experience.

About the role

This is an influential role with the opportunity to shape how we develop our people and organisation. You'll:

• lead our learning and organisational development strategy and priorities;
• strengthen leadership and people management capability across the firm;
• deliver contemporary, high impact learning for the legal and business services teams;
• help shape organisational development and change initiatives;
• use data and workforce insights to identify priorities and demonstrate impact;
• explore and embed innovative learning approaches; including digital solutions, automation and responsible use of AI;
• responsible for compliance needs of the business; and
• lead and develop a high-performing Learning & Organisational Development team.

About you

You're an accomplished Learning & Organisational Development leader who can move confidently between strategy and delivery.

You'll bring the credibility to influence Partners and senior leaders, strong commercial judgement and a track record of delivering impactful learning, leadership and organisational development initiatives in a complex environment.

You're comfortable challenging thinking, navigating competing priorities and turning business needs into practical solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

Experience in legal or professional services, or another partnership environment, will be highly regarded.
