Join a leading global financial services organisation undertaking a large-scale transformation program. Having successfully completed the discovery phase, the business is now moving into implementation and requires an experienced Migration Lead to own and drive the migration workstream. This is a newly created position within a high-profile program involving the migration of managed funds and associated operational processes.
Your new role
As the Migration Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing the migration strategy, ensuring a smooth transition from planning through to delivery. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and program resources, you will lead all migration-related activities and establish the framework required for successful implementation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience leading large-scale migration programs within banking or financial services
- Strong migration strategy, planning, and execution experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
- Experience coordinating business, operational, and technology teams through transformation initiatives
- Excellent documentation, governance, and project delivery skills
- Experience within securities services, custody, or managed funds environments will be highly regarded
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
