We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading professional services organisation for a 12-month FTC to play a key role within its PMO.

This role will sit at the intersection of agile delivery and enterprise-level project governance, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while remaining aligned with business value, stakeholder expectations and strategic priorities.

You will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, working across business and technology teams to manage complex initiatives, dependencies, resources, risks and stakeholder expectations. You will also support agile teams to deliver iteratively while maintaining strong PMO standards and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects using Agile project delivery principles.
• Develop project plans, manage dependencies and coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, KPIs, budgets and deliverables.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and resource constraints.
• Provide clear and accurate reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects remain within agreed time, cost, scope and quality tolerances.
• Facilitate collaboration between business, technology and delivery teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project outcomes remain aligned with strategic objectives and business value.
• Develop and maintain project artefacts and ensure adherence to governance requirements.
• Support continuous improvement across PMO processes and project delivery practices.
• Manage external vendors and technology partners where required.

About You

• 5+ years' experience in project delivery, including 3+ years in Agile environments.
• Proven experience managing complex technology projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management and reporting capabilities.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary business and technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated experience working within a structured PMO and applying project governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Agile project delivery principles.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project and/or Azure DevOps.
• Strong Microsoft Office 365 capability, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as professional services, legal, financial services, healthcare or government is highly regarded.
• A strong technology background, with exposure to areas such as infrastructure, cloud, databases, networks or cybersecurity.
