Your New Role
As a Senior Research Scientist, you will operate as an independent researcher responsible for driving original research initiatives from ideation through to publication. Working closely with senior AI leaders, researchers, engineers, and PhD interns, you'll help define future research directions while contributing directly to breakthroughs in advanced machine learning and intelligent agent systems. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge challenges across areas including:

• Agentic AI and long-term memory systems
• Reasoning and planning architectures
• Multimodal machine learning
• Simulation and evaluation frameworks
• Large-scale model training and adaptation
• Knowledge representation and continual learning

You'll be encouraged to develop your own research agenda, collaborate with leading academics and industry experts, publish at premier AI conferences, and play a key role in shaping the next generation of intelligent systems.
What You'll Need to Succeed

To succeed in this role, you'll be an accomplished researcher with a strong track record of advancing state-of-the-art machine learning or AI research.
You will ideally possess:

• A PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• A proven publication record at leading AI conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ECCV, or equivalent.
• The ability to independently drive research from concept through to implementation and publication.
• Deep expertise in one or more areas including reasoning, memory systems, multimodal learning, foundation models, or large-scale model training.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring students, researchers, or technical teams will be highly regarded.
• Postdoctoral or equivalent independent research experience is advantageous.
