We are partnering with a leading insurance organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Business Analyst for a significant transformation program.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a new insurance product for the Australian market. Working across business, product and technology teams, you'll help shape requirements, support solution design and contribute to the successful delivery of a new digital platform.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, can confidently engage senior stakeholders and has a proven track record delivering technology-enabled change within the insurance sector.

As the Senior Business Analyst, you will:

• Lead business and technical requirements gathering through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyse and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Produce high-quality business requirements, functional specifications and process documentation.
• Work closely with Product, Technology and Operations teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Support the integration of core business functions, including claims, payments and other insurance processes.
• Identify business impacts, risks and dependencies throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Act as the key link between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering complex technology transformation programs.
• Experience within General Insurance or a broader insurance environment.
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation skills.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• The ability to work comfortably across both business and technology teams.
• Experience working within Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
