Position Summary:
•Experienced DevOps Support Engineer / Cloud Engineer with over 8 years of experience supporting enterprise platforms, cloud environments, and API-based applications across multiple teams.
•Strong expertise in managing and supporting CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, platform releases, and automation solutions using Jenkins, Bamboo, Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Shell scripting.
•Hands-on experience with cloud and container technologies including Microsoft Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Nomad, and Consul to support scalable and reliable application environments.
•Experience in production support, incident management, root cause analysis, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting of enterprise applications and APIs while ensuring compliance with SLA and ITIL processes.
•Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and process optimization, while supporting Agile delivery, platform releases, incident management, and high-availability cloud solutions.

Mandatory Skills:
•Strong experience in DevOps platform support, CI/CD pipeline management, and application deployment using Jenkins and Bamboo across enterprise environments.
•Hands-on expertise in cloud technologies including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and IBM Cloud, with experience supporting scalable and reliable application platforms.
•Proficient in infrastructure automation and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Shell scripting to streamline deployments and operational processes.
•Extensive experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, Nomad, and Consul, along with API deployment and platform management.
•Strong background in production support, incident management, root cause analysis, performance monitoring using Splunk, and ITIL-based service delivery within Agile environments.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Manage and support enterprise cloud and DevOps platforms, ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of applications and API services across development and production environments.
•Build, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Bamboo, while automating operational tasks and deployment processes through Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Shell scripting.
•Monitor platform performance using Splunk, investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to ensure timely issue resolution and SLA compliance.
•Support containerized and cloud-based environments using Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, AWS, and IBM Cloud, including application deployments, platform upgrades, and release management activities.
•Collaborate with development, architecture, and business teams during sprint planning, feature implementation, and platform enhancement initiatives to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions.

Qualifications & Certifications (Optional):
•Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.)
•SAFe Agile 4.5 Certified.
