Tasks
As a manager, you will join the Business Transformation practice and help our Insurance & Banking clients tackle today's challenges and get ready to deliver value on tomorrow's opportunities. These complex challenges require you to use all of your transformation skills and core business expertise to roll-out E2E solutions for our clients. Challenges that will cross your path are:
- Manage E2E business transformation initiatives where you align business and IT stakeholders around a common goal. With your proven industry and transformation expertise you are able to connect the dots and drive the change
- Move from building digital channels to implementing a real digital transformation by creating and combining business insights on clients, markets, products and processes
- Change ways of working at organisational level to evolve to a client-centric, outside-in organisation
- Maximise benefits on change investments by helping clients move to lean portfolio management and apply best-practice methodology and governance

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business/Management/Economics or in an IT/Engineering-related field
- Entrepreneurial mindset - You like to make an impact. Growth mindset - You're eager to learn
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Dutch or French
- Able to design solutions that are usable, valuable and viable for the client
- Leadership experience in a financial services or consulting company
- Project Management certifications are a plus
