We work with corporations, financial sponsors, and governments and are team of strong analytical thinkers, who have a passion for producing out-of-the-box ideas. RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
The Investment Banking Division is looking for an Vice President to be based in Beijing for our China A-share team in Goldman Sachs Gao Hua.
Our Vice Presidents in IBD work with our clients in achieving their most important strategic and financial objectives.
Job Summary & Responsibilities
You will be a key team member for all phases of domestic equity issuance (A-share placements) and international equity issuance (e.g. U.S. listings, Hong Kong listings).
You will be able to source financing deals independently and will have a current client network. You will execute both domestic and international transactions.
In addition to origination and marketing, you will also be involved in:
- Due diligence
- Prospectus drafting
- Coordination of intermediaries & transaction supervision
- Financial modeling and valuation analysis
- Preparation of road show presentation and other marketing materials
- Researching industry and market
- Draft presentations to clients, regulators, etc.
ABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS
- A-Share Sponsor License
- Experience in A-Share transactions
- Project management experience
- Highly motivated, strong work ethic, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Native Mandarin fluency in reading, writing and speaking
