YOUR IMPACT

As a country HR specialist, you will support the China HCM team in advancing the firm's strategic people agenda with your expertise and contribution on people data collection and analytics, regulatory reporting and survey submission, government application coordination and internal process management.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Produce accurate people data reports and analysis to meet both external and internal requirements
  • Prepare submission for regulatory surveys, inspections and consultation
  • Manage government applications in different office locations by understanding the latest rules and criteria, designing internal flows, working with external vendors and executing the processes
  • Provide quality analyses and advice to stakeholders on patterns, trends and observations
  • Enhance operational efficiency by identifying ways to improve existing solutions and process flow, streamline and automate data collection and reporting
  • Work together with teammates on ad hoc projects and tasks

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Functional & technical expertise, comfortable working with large sets of data
  • Strong Excel skill preferred
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Mandarin and English language skills required
  • Past HR experience a plus
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate or Undergraduate degree
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience
  • Ability to work in an intense work environment and meet challenging deadlines and targets
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
