To identify, develop and roll out new trade finance to facilitate trade product business development and revenue growth by closing gap with our major competitors and innovating new products in line with SG competitive edge. In addition, the trade product manager will manage, review and refresh an existing portfolio of trade finance products.

Mission

Main Responsibilities /Accountabilities / Tasks:

  • To assist Head of Trade Finance China in monitoring the sales pipeline and trade facilities identification and conversion progress and setting up and refining the MI systems for performance and sales management
  • To assist Head of Trade Finance China in producing of business planning
  • To consolidate, analyze, and update on the sales related management information on regular basis to provide guidance to frontline for business development work
  • To work with frontline and product teams to design standard sales kits, and other relevant sales tools for sales team
  • To manage the internal and external cooperation projects for business synergy
  • To design, get approval and monitor the progress of the incentive scheme for trade finance
  • To define and coordinate the execution of marketing plan for trade finance
  • To perform market competitive analysis and identify gap between SG and the major competitors on trade finance and undertake new business development initiatives/plans
  • Other tasks delegated by Head of Trade Finance China on ad hoc basis

Academic Background(degree and major)

- Bachelor degree

Working Experience /Technical Skills & Know how

  • At least 5 years experience in credit and trade finance
  • Well versed with trade finance products
  • Skills & Competencies

  • Good learning ability, quick at picking up new things
  • Good communication skills
  • Team playing


Language Skills

-English/Mandarin - Fluent

Computer Skill

-Well versed in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must)
