2、以高质量、低成本、高效率持续为公司提供数据价值（服务）
3、提供架构和性能优化解决方案，引领数据平台服务的快速迭代

职位要求：
1、开发语言：java , kotlin,rust.有多编程语言经验者优先
2、计算机科学基础扎实，掌握计算机操作系统、网络架构，熟悉常用算法、数据结构和设计模式
3、计算机科学、计算机工程、数学或相关领域的学位或以上，在Java开发方面有丰富的经验，并对JVM原理有深入的了解
4、有数据平台或微服务设计开发经验，专注于架构的高可用性和可扩展性者优先
5、熟悉常用框架（Spring、Netty、Retro等）
6、熟悉分布式系统、缓存、消息传递等机制，使用redis、kafka、flink
