Head of Retail Branch & Wealth Management (Station in Macau)

Responsibilities

• Drive the business performance of the various business units in accordance with the laid down business plan. 
• Review and monitor the implementation of the business plan with the effective use of sales performance management tools to enhance the sales productivity and efficiency.
• Grow the Premier segment by targeting NTB and/or leveraging the existing customer base as well as the increase of AUM under the Premier portfolio in particular the Wealth Management Income.
• Manage the resources planning and to control the cost well within the planned budget.
• Direct and drive for implementation of streamlining the ineffective operational process for improving the overall branch operational efficiency, increase customer satisfaction without compromising the risk and control. 
• Motivate to maintain high team morale, identify and develop talent for succession planning and a sustainable business for the bank.  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance/Business Administration/Economics, or other related discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in managing the retail banking business of which 5 years are with senior position
• Sound knowledge in retail banking business such as branch operations, risk & control and Compliance
• Sales management in leading the business growth of Investment and Insurance
• Solid experience in executing strategic business plan with strong leadership capability
• Strong business acumen with good analytic skill and logical thinking
• Knowledge in assessing Retail Credit proposals
• Strong partnership and influencing skills for driving cross division’s collaborations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong leadership capabilities
• Proven track record of managing sales performance of the business
