Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Consultant (based in Macau)

Location: Macau

This role requires strong data analysis capabilities and business acumen to extract valuable insights from complex data and provide support for the company's strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection and Processing: Collect and organize data from various sources, including sales data, market data, customer data, etc. Ensure data accuracy and completeness and perform data cleaning and preprocessing.
2. Data Analysis: Use data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, etc., to conduct data analysis. Perform market analysis, customer behavior analysis, competitor analysis, etc., and provide data-driven insights.
3. Report Writing: Prepare detailed data analysis reports to present analysis results and findings. Use data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc., to create intuitive charts and dashboards that help management understand the data.
4. Decision Support: Provide data support for the company's strategic and operational decisions, helping management make informed choices. Identify and interpret trends and patterns in the data and propose improvement recommendations and action plans.
5. Project Management: Participate in and manage data analysis projects to ensure they are completed on time and meet expected objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data analysis results are effectively applied to business operations.
6. Technical Support: (Not required, but a plus) Provide technical support for data analysis and business intelligence tools, helping team members improve their data analysis capabilities. Stay up to date with the latest data analysis technologies and tools and drive innovation in the field of data analysis within the company.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
2. Work Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in data analysis or business analysis, with team management experience.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, etc. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc. Basic knowledge of data mining and machine learning.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities and business acumen. Ability to extract valuable information from complex data and propose effective solutions.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present analysis results and recommendations. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the application of data analysis findings.
6. Project Management Skills: Proven project management experience, with the ability to effectively manage data analysis projects and ensure timely completion.
7. Other Requirements: Strong team spirit and problem-solving skills. Innovative mindset, with a commitment to continuously improving the application of data analysis techniques and tools.
