Job Purpose (Job Summary):
The primary role of Manager is to support, develop and close new business prospects in China. This will involve developing new leads, giving presentations to prospective clients, ensuring client and prospects receive full and efficient services. The incumbent will also assist in marketing efforts and involve in servicing clients, and work with the teams in the region.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Lead generation of customers and sales
  • Lead customer retention by developing a eco cycle to retain customers
  • Develop external partners and channel that generates new customers and sales
  • Improve the efficiency in acquiring new customers and retain existing customers
  • Keep track the progress of AUM that delivers business targets

 

Work Experience / Knowledge:

  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience in internet business in China
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong determination to success in driving and developing the business
  • Experience in mentoring and developing junior people preferred

Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:

  • Team player who is comfortable in a collaborative team-oriented environment
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Formal Education: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)

  • University graduated from a top-ranked university, preferably in technical /digital related, finance or other business-related field of study

Working Conditions:

  • Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon projects or assignment and after-hours work might be necessary.
  • Strong requirement for China travel to build relationships with internal sales and external client base for the distribution of our digital capabilities
