Head of Logistics & Industrial, Capital Markets - China

With the changing nature of consumer retail markets, we are seeing increased activity across logistics and industrial asset classes throughout APAC. Keen to further strengthen our client offering in this area we are looking for a Head of Logistics & Industrial Capital Markets, China to join our Capital Markets business. Based in Shanghai, this is a senior leadership role with a focus on the China Logistics & Industrial market. Having a business first mind-set

Does generating new business light a fire in you?  We, too, are just as passionate about supporting new clients as we are about deepening our relationships with existing clients. In this role, you will act as an ambassador and key point of contact for Logistics & Industrial clients. You’ll need to be quick to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions and create opportunities for growth.

Seeing the bigger picture

You’ll develop a strategic focus on generating platform transactions as well as asset level transactions. This can include sourcing for a combination of operators, developers, capital partners and end users.  This includes sourcing and executing opportunities for a variety of mandates including JV’s, M&A, Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory and Asset/Portfolio trades.

Experienced in Logistics & Industrial Assets

We are interested in speaking to best talent who are familiar with Logistics & Industrial Assets. You should come from a capital markets background and have a proven track record of deals from either an owner, developer, investor or brokerage background.

A natural networker, you’ll be keen to get to know the movers and shakers in the industry. Whether its Real Estate Funds, Institutional Investors, Logistics/Industrial Developers or Retailers you’ll go out your way to know whose who and whose doing what.
