Our client is a Leading Asian Buyout PE Fund. Very strong track records, capital strength and team. Hiring a junior investment analyst of 2-3 years experience for their Healthcare investment team.
Responsibilities
- Create and prepare investment materials, including presentations, investment memorandums, investment analysis and financial models
- Conduct primary research in private companies in global healthcare sector
- Generate business ideas, analyse investment opportunities and make investment recommendations
- Work closely with senior team members on strategy and negotiations
- Assist in negotiations, term sheets, legal discussions, due diligence and deal execution
- Build strong, cohesive partnerships with all investors, advisors and clients
- Work closely with investee companies with respect to monitoring ongoing investment, up to and including at the board of directors level
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Bulge Bracket IBD/ Private Equity with a focus on healthcare sector
- Top university degree in Biochem/ Medical/ Finance related area
- Solid transaction experience and good insights in healthcare sector
- Native Mandarin and fluent English
