Senior Fund Accountant - Private Equity

Job Description -

The successful applicants for these positions will be responsible for a number of clients in the areas of NAV calculation, shareholder reporting and compliance.

职位 - 高级基金会计

应聘成功者将独立负责处理8支基金，具体工作包括基金净值的核算，基金投资人的申购赎回及相关的尽职调查等工作。此外，还会负责一些简单基金的审核工作。

Key Responsibilities -

• Will be responsible to ensure timely and accurate NAV calculation on a weekly or monthly basis
• Will be processing of security and cash transactions for portfolios and responding to client enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Reconciliation of the portfolio from broker to in-house systems
• Will be responsible to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and other requirements of the funds specifications.
• Preparation of financial statements as required.
• Supervision and training of Fund Accounting..

岗位职责：

1、负责基金净值会计核算工作，确保准确及时地完成每周、每月的净值核算

2、负责处理券商和现金交易数据

3、负责核对券商系统以及内部系统的投资组合数据

4、负责及时、高效地回复客户需求

5、负责确保符合监管合规政策以及各个基金的要求

6、负责基金产品净值的复核

7、负责基金产品财务报表编制，为相关部门提供数据支持

8、负责管理和培训基金会计人员

Key Requirements -

• 3-4 years experience as a fund accounting or fund administrator.
• An ability to work to and meet agreed deadlines
• An accountancy qualification would be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills
• Strong PC skills including Word, Excel and Access (Experience on Paxus an advantage)

2、能在规定期限内完成工作

3、财务，会计，经济等相关专业本科学历，较好的会计基础知识，取得会计从业资格者优先

4、良好的职业操守及团队合作精神，良好的人际交往能力和较强的沟通、理解和分析能力

5、熟练掌握Word，Excel，Access等计算机技能（具备Paxus使用经验者优先)
