Experience And Qualifications Required

* Degree in IT discipline, some supervisory/project management experience within a large-scale commercial or financial environment is a plus
* 2-3 years of financial industry experience consisting of application support and desk side support, familiar with Hundsun system is a plus
* Exposure to and knowledge of the Financial Services domain, preferably Asset Management is a plus
* Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
* A solid grounding in desktop and server infrastructure rollouts and support; in particular able to demonstrate a full and complete understanding of the Wintel environment from problem resolution approaches to major upgrades
* Understanding of Microsoft Exchange, SCCM, AppV, Active Directory
* A solid understanding of Windows 10, Windows 2003, 2008 Server, Microsoft Office 2010, Office 2016 and Office 365
* Experience in supporting financial platforms and market data providers such as CRD, CFETS, Bloomberg, or WIND.
* ITIL foundation IT Service Management is an advantage
* Knowledge of network (TCP/IP)

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support/solutions for all technology equipment (Virtual and physical desktop, laptop, Mac, Printer, Video Conference)
* Provide technical support/solutions for all application, especially investment management applications (Hundsun O32; Wind, CRD, Bloomberg)
* Front-line problem support, prioritization and fixing, collaborating with our regional/global technology teams and local vendors
* Provide technical advice and solutions
* Consult / discuss with internal business teams or external parties to formulate new solutions to challenges
* Responsible for support operation including health check, business service requests, production incident investigations and root cause analysis with focus and emphasis on supporting the platforms on behalf of China, Asia business.
* Manage office environment according to our technical / security policy
* Extensive knowledge of Windows PC / Server operating systems and enterprise collaboration tools
* Project support for technology projects assisting project managers
* Good understanding of our technical/security policy of manage office environment.
* Contribute to infrastructure projects assisting project managers
* Incident support, Problem/Change management
* Support BCP initiatives for business-critical functions
* Support enterprise solutions (MS Office 2k16, Office365)
* Support enterprise mobile solutions (Blackberry Works on iOS, VPN)
* Device purchase and asset management

Purpose of your role
You play a critical role by building stability out of disorder, investigating issues, collaborating with people to implement, measure, validate, and streamline the fundamental processes required for ongoing, perpetual, business operations. As a TechHub Analyst you are the trusted advisor for people for computer hardware and software needs, providing front line user support for internal tools and technologies.

Your role is to troubleshoot, respond to inquiries and requests, provide solutions to technical challenges and recommend alternate methods to the internal client. The day-to-day responsibilities include end user support services for IT and desk side technologies in our offices. You improve the user experience by having a consistent appetite for innovation. You present new collaborative tools and technologies to our staff. In addition, you will contribute to infrastructure projects and documentation efforts. You are technical and comfortable supporting different operating systems (OS X, Windows, iOS, Android) and a range of devices (desktops/laptops, audio/visual, video conferencing, mobile devices and various consumer electronics). You administer and maintain a virtual desktop infrastructure. You frequently partner with different teams including security, network firewall and voice, infrastructure, solutions and regional technology teams. You're a fast learner and strong communicator committed to delivering an excellent client experience.
