RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for establishing the Customer Service Management (CSM) framework, including CRM, Call Center, and client servicing guidelines;
• Responsible for the general operation, including but not limited to call center management and customer complaints handling, to ensure the guidelines are executed to the satisfaction of clients;
• Works closely with the internal and external team to elevate the service and make a contribution to the development of client relationship and maximize asset retention;
• Proactively work with E-commerce and Marketing team to market the company and its products;
