One-off relocation bonus: Up to $2M
Base salary: From $1M up to $2M, depending on the seniority
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to transform the company's business to the digital platform
- Develop systems and/or databases to accommodate daily operations by other internal teams
- Perform data analysis and visualization to generate business insights to drive revenue growth of the company
- Monitor and implement cyber security measures to uphold data integrity
- Liaise with internal teams to assist with their digitalization processes
Requirements:
- PhD holder, attained in an US university
- Lived in the US for at least three years
- Worked at well-known Fintech firm, or Fintech department within a renowned financial institution, preferably in the US
- Experienced in Programming (Java, Python, Object-oriented Languages), UI/UX Design, Data Analytics / Visualization, Cyber Security or other relevant fields
- Willing to relocate, with generous signing and relocating bonus granted, family members are inclusive in the beneficiaries
