- Analyse effectiveness of different channels, customise and optimise marketing content, allocate resources rationally (content channels include: Blog SEO, New Media, PR Cooperation, Resources Sharing of KOL, Online Activities etc.);
- Plan, formulate and implement corresponding product promotion plans according to different target customers;
- Maintain and develop types of customers and social media, mining and solving user problems in time;
- From the perspective of user life cycle, maintain active users, activate silent users, design effective incentive mechanisms for different types of users to improve the activeness and retention rate;
- Responsible for developing company brand strategy, combing and passing brand value to target markets, and enhancing brand influence;
- Maintain product (PC, WAP, APP) content informative;
- Cooperate closely with marketing team, lead to make and launch official videos, PPTs, H5 etc;
- Keep track of market news, mining user needs, research and develop new products regularly;
- Conduct regular detection and internal control of settlement system to ensure asset and data security of clients.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, excellent written and spoken English would be a plus;
- Over 5 years experience in Internet Product Operations, high interest in cryptocurrency industry, experience with ICO community establishment and cryptocurrency management is preferred;
- Passionate about public relations and social media, outstanding word expression, comprehensive, strong communication and organizational ability;
- Overseas education background or working experiences is a plus.
