Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines du Groupe, vos principales missions seront :
MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :
- Réalisation des rapports : extractions, études et calculs de données sociales relatifs aux ressources humaines : Bilan social, Rapport égalité F/H, Index F/F, BDES...
- Développement et planification de la production des indicateurs sociaux : évolution des effectifs, Turn over, absentéisme
- Réponse aux enquêtes périodiques et ponctuelles (DARES, etc.)
- Consolidation des tableaux de bords Groupe
- Consolidation des données de masse salariale
- Suivi de l'ensemble des mouvements d'effectifs permanents et intermittents
- Participation à l'évolution des outils de reporting
- Benchmarks et études sur la rémunération
- Pilotage de la revue de salaire
- Pilotage des avantages sociaux : participation …
PROFIL RECHERCHE:
Titulaire d'un diplôme Bac+4/+5 en Contrôle de Gestion sociale ou en Ressources Humaines, vous disposez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire.
Vous maîtrisez Excel, les outils SIRH et vous disposez de solides connaissances en gestion de la paie.
Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et avez un bon relationnel.
