Job title ESG Client Portfolio Manager H/F

Mission Candriam is seeking an ESG Client Portfolio Manager to support Client Relations and Portfolio Management Teams with regards to business development and client requests and questions, work with ESG Analysts on various projects, as well as analyze and implement regulatory evolutions and manage labelling processes.
The ESG Client Portfolio Manager produces and delivers content on ESG-related matters, including regulatory and firm-specific topics, creates effective presentations and marketing material, and supports Candriam's efforts to continuously innovate with regards to ESG tools, policies and processes.
The role will be based in Paris or Brussels.

Responsabilities The ESG CPM will be responsible for:
- Most of the complicated RFP requests,
- ESG Presentations,
- Acting as point of contact between clients, fund managers and ESG analysts on all ESG related questions,
- SFDR documentation,
- Labelling and auditing processes,
- PRI support,
- Client reporting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports,
- Client interactions.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and verbal and written communication skills. The role requires attention to detail, multi-tasking and organizational abilities. She/he will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, handling both quantitative data and qualitative information, and working with multiple stakeholders. She/he will be pro-active and have demonstrated strong problem-solving, project management and team-working abilities. Candidates will have a very strong interest in and motivation for asset management and ESG/sustainability in finance.
CANDRIAM will consider applicants from various backgrounds, including relevant experience in asset management, financial services, ESG data providers and rating agencies, institutional investors and international organizations
Profile Master's degree.
1 to 5 years of experience. Relevant previous professional experience in a similar role, either within an asset manager, bank or consultant is a plus.
Good understanding of financial markets.
Experience in sustainable investing preferred.
Ability to convey ideas convincingly.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch or/and French.
High level of energy.
Attention to detail, to accuracy, and to high quality of deliverables.
Excellent project-management, problem-solving, time management and team-working skills
Flexibility and adaptability.
High interest in and motivation for ESG and asset management and willingness to learn. Solid understanding of ESG, sustainable investing, financial markets and/or asset management is a plus.
Excellent team player, happy to share knowledge and focus on collective success.
Pro-active attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
English fluent,
Dutch would be a plus.
